When someone say "Japanese food" the first thing that come to peoples minds are often "Sushi". But there is much more to the Japanese kitchen than just Sushi.
Here I'll post recipies to Japanese dishes I myself cook on a somewhat regular basis. The recipies may not always be the "correct classic" ones but they're still nice.
